I've been eating "low-carb" for about 2 months now. I'm just starting to dabble into full-blown Keto. This site seems like it will be a help in tracking carbs. While I would like to lose some weight, I am more interested in the health effects. I have been doing a bit of reading (and YouTube watching) about the effects on the brain. I am a teacher and lifelong learner, so I want my brain as strong and active as possible.
