A tough week, but no pain,no gain! Easier than last week. Nice to feel clothes fit better, and not worry so much about my stomach hanging out!

First week on a VLCD, and 12 pounds off. Amazing to see the scales really moving after losing just a couple of pounds a week all year. Clothes fit again, Feel lighter on my feet. Put 3 and a half stone on a dumbbell to see how much it would weigh and was shocked at how heavy it was, as I hadn't been feeling that different since April. It's a brave new positive world!

Had a week where I lost nothing, then miraculously a few pounds fell off this week. Just have to keep plugging away in spite of the scales sometimes.
