Good morning protein?
I have a bit of an egg aversion that comes and goes. (Sometimes I can't explain it, but eggs - NO. I can't eat them. Not sure why but I've had this my whole life, only with eggs. And when I do eat them, sometimes I'm really not into them.)

Add in that I'd love to have fast/easy breakfast ideas, it's easy for me to skip it but in trying to diet I realize how much better I do when I start my day right, and how much more sustained I feel when I get protein in the AM.

Any good protein ideas that won't go nuts on calories? I have a protein powder, but it is awful!! I can barely choke it down. :/ Acquired taste? It would certainly be easy and really high protein, but I'm not sure I can take it. Razz

Phone Apps/ FS etc.
I have an Android based phone, I love it. I'm a computer person anyway, so I prefer how customizable Android is. I am loving the FS app! It's not perfect, but plenty good enough ... I can certainly use it to log some of my food while I'm out which is helpful. (Although sometimes I can't find items that when I search on the computer I can? Hate that.) I also like the barcode scanner thing OK, sometimes it's just easier than trying to find the item. Oh, and also I love how it instantly syncs, very helpful.

Adding more calories?
Well, I did find a way Smile I added a food of my own for private use and called it Estimated Calories with zero for everything except 1 calorie, so that I can choose a specific amount of calories.

Adding more calories?
What's the best way to add additional calories to my daily food journal?

When I don't know for sure how they break down, but I can estimate 250 cals rather than having a incomplete take of what I've eaten ... how can I add that?
