Hi All.
Today is the beginning of week 4 of my program.
I am overall very happy with the workouts. I only missed one day out of my program and that was the Friday after thanksgiving. It was only because my parents gym does not have all the lifting equipment I used. and plus I was a tad lazy :)
Anyway I hit my lowest weight of 167 lbs RIGHT BEFORE thanksgiving. And after visiting family and being more lenient on my diet, not to mention staying up late, I am now stuck around 170. Ideally I should be 165 ish if I folllowed my diet along with my program to a T.
But i noticed I have been getting sloppy with my weighing and measuring calories. I could be eating 200 cal over and not realize it. Also I have to be careful on the weekends, my brother and BF like to eat out and they are not on diets. So I am always being tempted with bad food and alcohol. I need to figure out how I can cope with the weekends better. It is usually dinner is the problem on weekends. So that is a challenge.
So far my workouts I do not miss and I am good on that. My workout week is as follows
-Monday- Lifting with 30m cycle class
-Tuesday- Lifting with 20-30m cycle class
-Wednesday- Lifting with 45m cycle class
Thursday- Lifting with 20m Cycle Class
Friday- Lfiting either 20-30m cycle class or I do my cardio on saturday
Saturday- Yoga or cardio
Sunday- Rest
I do about an hour of lifting each time. Then depending on how my legs and body feel, I judge the type of cycle class I do. My gym bought peloton bikes and I am OBSESSED. so I cycle everyday of the week pretty much except weekends. I might need to replace one cycle day with a sprint day though

Hi All,
So my new program is going well. I got down my lowest right before thanksgiving to 167lbs. But after spending the week at my moms and being a little lazy I am back to 171-170. Still under my beginning weight which is good. But I find I will track my food until dinner. I make dinner at home but so many ingredients and portions for my brother and BF, that I find it hard to track the calories.
Any suggestions?
Do you guys just put the meal in here and then cut it into servings to figure out how much you are eating? I find it so tough to figure out calories when I cool recipes for dinner.
