I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. My birthday was yesterday. I decided to make myself my cake. I prefer home baked goods over store bought anyday.
My lowest weight i took on xmas eve was around 167 ish. I did eat some more calories dense foods but I actually overall ate less. I did not snack all day. I just had a meal in the morning and dinner with a little desert. Usually in my past, I would pig out all week for the holidays. Not this year, I worked way to hard to lose my weight.
So it is now the day after my bday. I plan to give pieces of my leftover cake to friends. A photo of it below.
I am now 27. I kind of feel old. lol
New updates: I have not weighed myself on christmas or my bday. I plan to weight in tomorrow after I drink a lot of water today and eat some healthier foods. I also plan to do some yoga and a little cardio. This week is my off week from lifting. I think i slightl yinjured my shoulder/arm. I have a pain in my upper right arm which makes it hard to sleep on and move. I think it could be a muscle tear. So in anycase i am going to do some yoga to help it heal.

So I weight in everyday so I get an average for the week. Seems like my weight held on for a few weeks and swooshed into a weightloss. Nice

I have to say, I am consistently seeing 169 now on the scale. this shows I lost around 5lbs average since I started my journey and workout program. I lost about 1% BF as well. Progress is slow and I know I can clean up my diet a tad more to see results faster. Also I would like to do light cardio on weekends as well, not just weekdays. Weekends just have been so busy lately.
So here is what I have been doing for 6 weeks now.
Mon- 1 Hour lifting/45m peloton cycling class
Tues- 1 Hour lifting/30m Peloton cycling class
Wed-1 Hour Lifting/45m Peloton cycling class
Thurs-1 Hour Lifting/30m Peloton Cycling class
Friday- 1 Hour lifting.45m Peloton Cycing class
Sat- Rest
Sun- Rest
Now my goal is to do some light cardio on the weekends, maybe extended walk with dogs or some light jogging. Usually my legs are dead by weekends. So we will see.

Ok this makes me feel I must be stricter on my claroie intake. I keep going up in down and hovering in this same place for weeks now :(
