Struggling to stay on track with my food choices and portion sizes. Eating alot more carbs this summer has added to weight gain. When I got back from Florida I actually got down to 224 lbs but now I'm at 233 ! I've been going to the gym 3 times a week as part of my cardiac rehab but it just makes me hungrier and I eat the wrong things. I kind of gave up somewhat because of slight depression to the the fact that I had a heart attack in May which just threw me for a loop ! I had been dieting and exercising alot and feeling good until April when I got the chest pains. It was hard mentally to recover but I'm feeling more like my self the last month. I'm hoping to be able to get back to Florida this fall if the cardiologist says I'm okay to travel that far by car. But it was still a pleasant summer in New England.
