Had to get back on a healthy eating plan as I was killing myself eating chocolates cakes donuts junk food! I just got checked at hospital & they found Hiatal Hernia with ulcers! So need to go on GERD regimen!

Well I'm pretty much staying steady but I'm okay with that for now cause I'm not on a weight loss regimen currently! Tough year mentally & physically! Must find strength to get my shit together!!! Older I get the harder it gets!
