Imagine how much I could be losing had I not been losing sleep! 😴 achieved second day of 7000 steps. Going for my 3rd day. Had my protein shake en route from work to home- seems to help keep the sabotage monster at bay. I did succumb to my desire to finish up the last 2 cups of kale 🥬 with avocado 🥑 oil—cooked for a minute in microwave. Just felt like I NEEDED it. #OddCravings

It’s May! Time to get in more steps and skipping dinner cause homegirl lacks discipline and self-control. Going to get more $$ rewards in my HSA account! Did a 44 minute—wildly modified—HIIT workout this morning and sweating as we speak. Forgot how GOOD exercise makes one feel!

Another crazy weekend down/-super busy! Worked a local event for 6,5 hours, dashed home to change clothes before our ride arrived to pick us up for dinner, then Leanne Morgan concert. Very long day. I came home and slept after church for 3 hours. Got up, had my Sunday night date with my neighbor and came home and slept for 7.25 hours more! Feel better today—more like my normal self! This week all my work backup buddies are on vacation—will be okay/-but let’s face it, old girl needs her 💅 and will have to wait till Saturday! 😂
