Intention for Sunday = Run/hike for one hour. Sunday is enjoyable happy fun exercise. 1 hour swim. Hopefully hot tub today. Read and walk.

Feeling down, even though I had a great bike ride this morning and a decent swim afterward. Yummy eggs, yummy lunch, and got to work from home today. My teeth are hurting and I can't see the Endodontist until May 31st. I used to feel sad and just think I'm sad. Now I sometimes worry that I will be sad forever. I've tried to see a therapist and it's crazy how difficult it is to find and schedule an appointment with someone. Tomorrow is Friday. My favorite day. Everything will be okay.

bumpy start to the day but it's okay. I had a great workout and got here early and I am thankful for zach being understandable. TF for dinner with m tonight and wfh tomorrow. tf for so many possibilites to format my day in a way that feels great. Going to stay today until 12:145, get home at 1, lay down until 1:30. walk from 230 to 330. cook chicken

It's been a great start to my day. Great workout with one one bothering me. Felt good. Slept decent. Productive at work. Great eggs. Great lunch very soon. I think things will work out if we eat dinner at 445 in the kitchen. Will be done by 530 at the very latest. Gives M 30 minutes at least to do whatever to get ready for work. On Friday we will eat at 430 upstairs and watch tv until 530 and we can have a normal carb nite. Afterwards I will read until 6 on all these days. When he's not working, we will eat upstairs.

Another Monday in the books. Even though I wasn't exactly motivated at first, I had a great workout this morning involving bike, TRX, and stairs. Also had a 50 minute walk at work. Been a great day with great beautiful sunny weather. Tomorrow's plan will be swim, maybe weights before, maybe not. Waiting to see if Omnix is fixed. If not, expungements, and/or SV' all day tomorrow.
