I am losing my walking buddy. Thor's owners are being forced to move and I am losing my new friends; at least physically. I walked him this morning for the last time. I went to the YMCA so I went swimming and did my treadmill workout. It was a pretty good day with only the one exception. I hope everyone's day was good as well.

Today I tried very hard to get myself back on track and felt like I did pretty well. I slipped and lost focus while enjoying my time with my sister. She left to spend a week with some of her friends so I will be working hard to stay in line with my goals. I also reinjured my foot so I went and got another cortisone injection, cold packing my foot but not going to let this set back defeat me. Thank you for always being here and supporting me. No change in weight and it is my own fault for not following my diet like I know it must be followed hand in hand with working out everyday so I'm pulling myself back in line with what has been working for me since September.

Well buddies let me first apologize for not being on top of my buddy duties and sending my support like a good buddy should; I've been very busy spending time with my sister who has finally made it to my home as well as trying very hard to keep up with working out. I feel as I'm doing very well but it has limited how much time I have for just surfing the net and being as supportive as I try to be.
I hope you all are making great progress in your journey and each day you are feeling like you have done the best you can for you. No one deserves your best more than you. Have a wonderful day and I will be looking forward to catching up with reading your journals.

Mother's day, I am going to own it as far as going all the way off the chart for calories. My son in law went to the trouble of picking up some Chinese food and I ate it all. I'm not going to beat myself up over it as this is something I rarely ever get to do. I did my hour and a half work out on my treadmill and just enjoyed a quiet day at home. Today I am planning to go to the YMCA and just do my workout out of the house today. I do hope everyone has a super day today.
