2022年-4月~今天 體重44kg=>47kg=>45 kg 每周六日跑步30~1小時,每天控制飲食,每天喝水滿足2000cc,減少澱粉,增加腰部拉展簡單核心拉展運動,做168晚餐不吃.
2022和未來~我要再努力減少4公斤目標40kg,但是總有時不時的聚餐....只能努力
