Hope everyone has a great day. A massage this morning and knee this afternoon. A clear benefit of 70 pounds gone is how much more I can walk. I used to struggle to get 3000 steps a day and the past few days I've topped 6000 steps easily. I know it'll keep moving up as the weight goes down.

Yesterday's one meal of the day (OMAD) was 3 cups of cooked spinach with fried eggs, 8 ounces of sautéed mushrooms, and 2 pieces of bacon.
For the day I also had 2 HUGE iced coffees with lots of half n half to provide the fat that keeps me feeling full.
894 calories
65g fat, 30g carbs, 5g fiber, 50g protein
