Happy New Year to all of my FS friends and family!!!! Oh how I have missed you all. The past two months have really been hard for me. I wasn't really able to get into a new gym routine until this week. And it really shows. I made it to the gym yesterday and wow, there were are lot of people there. I am sure that they said the same thing about me, "a resolutioner", but that's what I get for not being there for two months. I was able to get a good workout in and quickly realized that two months off is a lot different than two days off.
Well, my wife is really enjoying her new job. And now she is able to get into a new gym routine as well. So we are both starting well in that department. I can't believe how fast the past two months have gone. But it has and it is time to start anew.
As I left you all in November, I had told you that my oldest daughter had fractured two vertebrae in her back. She is doing phenomenally better, and she even went to the gym with me yesterday. All she did was walk on the treadmill, but she really enjoyed going, and she really missed it. I am proud of her for being able to work through the pain, and she is doing a great job. We go back to the doc in two weeks and hopefully he will say that she can start doing some things again and take her off of this restriction. But we shall see.
Hope you all have a great day. I missed you all and can't wait to reconnect with everyone.

Hello to my FS friends. I normally say good morning or something like that but today is not good. My oldest was in the hospital for the weekend, she fell while being part of the stage crew for the school play on Friday and ended up having mild fractures to her L1 and T12 vertebrae. Let's just say, we got home from the hospital yesterday, the food sucked, and it's going to be a slow healing process. She didn't need surgery, it will heal on it's own, but it is not going to be an easy go at all. Please keep her in your thoughts.
Due to this, my schedule will be off when it comes to the gym and what not. So, I am going to put emphasis on doing some home exercises (when I can find time) and just eating smart. I have the knowledge, now is the time to use it. I will be on as much as I can to keep updating and keep track of how I'm doing. I hope you all had a better weekend than we did here. I will talk at you all later.

There is a gain, but I can account for all of the 4.5 pounds. So, I know what to do to get it back down, I am ok with that. I haven't been to the gym in a couple of weeks, a nice trip down to Virginia for work had put a stop to that for a little bit, and my wife has started her new job, so being at home in the mornings is more important. I will start going on the weekends to make up for what I miss, and I will see about maybe just going two days during the work week. Gotta get a good schedule so everyone can get things done. I hope you all have an awesome day.
