7/4/17 - Happy 4th of July to you all! Having a great day, relaxing in the backyard. DH smoked whole wild sockeye salmon. It turned delicious with a simple side of heirloom tomatoes and cucumbers and basil from farmers market. I am not entertaining anybody today for a change, so there will be enough leftovers for a couple of lunches during the week. Will go for an open air concert and fireworks in the evening.

6/9/17. This is current drop and same weight for two days now so I am logging it. Guess water weight going back and forth but the weight is going down though very slowly. Crawling down to the next milestone of 175. Overall life is good though my job keeps me stressed out and a lot of odd food would not have been eaten if I were in a better state of mind at work.

still to go: 23.5 lb

Some setback. Guess being at home and closer to the fridge did not work well for me. Now I need to regroup and get back into weight loss mode.
