just so very stressed right now with so many factors it just keeps building with all that is going on and to make things better I've been using all the wrong coping methods for my stress i need to stop using food to cope with stress every time I'm stressed i reach for the comfort foods and after i feel better about the other causes of stress i step on the scale the next morning and it starts all over again i need to find a way to break this cycle and get my self on track :(

what a horrible weekend i feel i set myself back so much......i basically didn't pay attention to what i ate and ended up not eating the best stuff for me not this week i'm going to have to work extra hard to put off the new weight i gain due to my weekend indulgence.........so totally not worth the set back i really gotta think of these things in the future..........................

Blah i Feel I'm off to a terrible start but i guess i just gotta buck up and stick to it no matter what the temptation is first step is watching what i eat and making it so it is replacing the crap food with better foods and staying away from the fast food...............i think that'll be the hardest part....................let the fun begin i guess
