Three years ago I weighted 250 pounds. I was then diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes and put on medications for all of it. I didn't want to die young but knew I was headed that way if I didn't make some serious changes. I was raised up eating fast food and t.v. dinners, so I had to learn how to eat right. I have since been taken off all medications and per my doctor have totally reversed my diabetes, so I'm no longer a diabetic. My over all goal was to loose 100 pounds. I still have a ways to go and really having a hard time, but will never give up on myself. I deserve to be healthy and fit !!!! I take care of my mother who has Alzheimers. I'm responsible for her 24 hrs a day 6 days a week. I get one day a week off, so all of my exercise has to be done at home. Sometimes it can be challenging but I have to make it work.To add an update, my Mom passed away in Feb 2015 and I got married in July. My life has had a lot of twists and turns in 2015, but I'm married to the kindest most supportive man in the world and I know I can get through this.

I've never really been someone who like many breakfast foods, but I know how important it is to eat breakfast. I really like eggs and they are no carbs which is really good for me. My questions is, do you think eating them every day is bad ? will it raise my bad cholesterol ?
