I am 54 and always been trying to lose weight. I am really determined that by healthy eating and exercise I can get down to 10st 10lbs in the next few months and stay there. Normally when I lose weight I reach my goal and then I put it all back on and more besides. So here goes to being slim for my next birthday and staying there.

Just been back to the UK for 6 weeks and gained 6lbs, very bad but now back on track and hopefully will soon get that off
