I got down to 239.2 after some pool maintenance. I had to power wash the cover and drain it. We’re going to open it up tomorrow.

Woke at 241.0, down 1.0 from yesterday morning, but up a bit after some post-yardwork rehydration.

Woke at 242.0, up .6 from yesterday. Going to do some yard work today. So that might help a bit. UPDATE: Working outside did help. Down to 240.1 by 5 pm. Rebuilt a fence, did some vine pruning, and got the pool cover draining started. We will open the pool this week. That means cold plunges every morning.

I woke at 241.4, up 2.0 from yesterday. I only ate 1350 calories yesterday, so I must have been dehydrated to get that 239.4. Denise and I are off to a company picnic today.
