So annoyed right now. My last weigh in was on a different scale which I knew was probably wrong. But this is from my original scale. Problem is, depending on how I stand on it it goes up and down 13 pounds. I never noticed that til now. I need to return this hunk of junk and buy a digital one.
I wouldn’t be surprised if I gained. I went over my calories yesterday. Not by much but I already have the goal set high. I ate 110 grams of protein so a lot of those calories were needed. All my muscles are sore except for abs but today is ab day *sighs*

Thought I’d enjoy lunch outside while it’s raining and finally cool and it started hailing!! It took me just a minute to move my lill plants off the end of the porch and I’m soaked!
