Feeling great people tell me I'm looking better trying Is all I can do. Trying to stay focused and not become conceited I've noticed that happens to some after a weight loss on here too many pictures bragging ect.
Need new meal plans, this one is boring! Good luck everyone!

There is some postings on here that are not facts. I hope the person responsible is not trying to sabotage your diets weight plans etc. Remember do not believe everything you read on fatsecret. Do your research stay strong and go for the goal of a healthy life!
