I know I've said this before and I'm going to say it for the last time...I am starting over...forget the past. I am working with a coach, a prayer and looking at food as my friend and not the enemy to my weight gain.
I love life and I want to live it to the fullest. Being sick, overweight on the road to other health problems because of obesity is not on my bucket list. I know it, and I own it. I want to be here for my family and grand kids so there is no other time than now to make it happen.

Back at it again. I was doing so well until I decided that I had all the same excuses again. I'll start after Christmas, after New Year, after My birthday, Valentines Day, etc.etc.etc... I don't want to have to loos 50lbs again so I'm gonna fight to take this off.
