Socolova's Journal, 30 October 2014

Well hello :)

I guess I was right, dropped a pound since yesterday from being sick. It's hard to eat solid things when ya feel like poop. I will admit I had frozen yogurt and animal crackers for dinner. When you're sick though, I think it's ok to spoil yourself a little. Well, whether it's ok or not, I did it haha. I do feel a smidge better today, just exhausted. Hopefully by the weekend, I'll be a-okay.

Nothing exciting planned for the weekend, handing out some candy tomorrow and then dinner with the hubby since we missed date night from me being ill. Hoping for a relaxing weekend, we're always go go go and it'd be nice to just relax with the pups and catch up. It's gonna be hard to do much if it's snowing anyway...ugh...

GIRL TALK ALERT: I am a little excited about something a little silly, I have never bought leggings and I just bought some. Now, the reason I have never bought them is because I once saw a bigger girl bend over and I could see her undies through the stretching material. But, I feel since I am officially down to a 12 that I am allowed to at least "try" them. I bought a few cute tunics and longer tanks so I can ease into the idea. But I will definitely bend over in front of a mirror before going into public...butt crack is one thing, but my whole butt is another (and it's a big butt lol).

Other than that, I'm just keeping on, keeping on.....hope you are all having a good Thursday...almost Friday yay :)

And apparently my fingers want to use "d" instead of "e" when I type. Thank goodness it's Friday.

Yes! That's exactly what I'm going for!! I have like 4 pairs of tall boots and some longer sweaters so I figured why not??

The one gal that wears it at our office is very curvy, and it looks very good on her. My challenge has been finding shirts that are long enough. It's a look I'm seriously considering trying to get my ASD daughter into, because she struggles with her weight, and finding clothes that both fit, and she will wear with her sensory issues is a nightmare. Long cardigans can also be a good accessory if you have trouble finding the shirts.

I have been going to different sites and just searching "tunics", there are some super cute ones out there!
