Stress is a killer...for me, it's working as an excellent weight-loss strategy. I starve my problems and I have quite a few right now to starve.
Frustrated that I'm doing so badly on the water, exercise, and sleep (not enough of any of them).
Leaving for Michigan tomorrow. I'm going to (unofficially) do a 90-day challenge to get my water and mobility up. Let's see where I am in 6 weeks.
