I haven't been keeping up with either fitness or eating right...however, stress is causing weight loss accidentally. I work all the time, never remember to eat or drink, and generally forget all about sleep.

Stress however is having one positive result. I guess that's something.
234.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 74.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.0 lb a week
