Grateful for the loss this week. I have stayed on plan but that doesn't always reflect in a loss. I still fail at exercise, guess I need someone with a cattle prod to get me moving. Looking forward to an awesome week filled with good choices and lots of fellowship with my FS buddies. I hope you all have the same!
