My goal is to be persistent with eating the 1800 calories... Yesterday I ate very little... I feel that if I eat that many I'm going to gain weight not lose. This is a tough situation, but I will try I log all my food. I am also on another app called recovery road... There I log my meals... I don't miss out on any... I just don't intake what I'm supposed to... I don't know how to break this chain.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is very hard when you cut your calories way back and then you need to eat more and you just do not feel like. The best way I found is for a short amount of time is to write things down that you need to eat and stick to that, anything extra is icing on the cake, so to say.
