Great day and only half over. We was up at 5am left to go to the beach for sunrise service at 6. Had an awesome service. Then back home to change clothes for church. Back at my church at 9am to cook breakfast, we ate, I had scrambled eggs and sausage. Sunday school at 10 then service at 11. came home to rest. We go back at 5:30 for Lord's supper and then service. We will eat dinner late tonight.
Hope all have a wonderful Easter and thank and worship the Lord. He has Risen.

Hi, you asked a question about calories in, calories out. If you were lying in bed asleep for 24 hours, you would burn a certain number of calories. You can find that amount in several ways, including wearing a fitbit which is what I do. That number is going to be your base metabolic rate or BMR or calories out. To maintain your weight, you need to take in that number of calories daily. Exercising, being awake, walking around, etc. all burn different amounts of calories (calories out). So, to maintain your weight you need to take in calories (calories in) and to lose weight you have to take in fewer calories than you require each day. If calories in are less than calories out, you will lose weight.
