1. Weight held steady today with only a .2 gain.
2. Ketosis seemed a little low at 42 today.
3. Blood Sugar @ 109 mg/dL.
4. Blood Pressure was 127/91 @ 87 bpm.
5. Exercise has to get back on track! 3 days off now.
6. Physically, still ok.
7. Mentally, still a struggle.
8. I need to get out, get away...I need to go fishing!
370.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 120.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
