1. Got my weight moving in the right direction again, down a couple of pounds today. Still got a long way to go.
2. Ketosis looked ok at 45 on the breath meter today.
3. Blood Sugar 121 mg/dL.
4. Blood pressure 118/90 @ 109 bpm.
5. Physically, I feel better, lighter, stronger...still have a lot of work but, a little better each day.
6. Mentally, is a daily struggle...but, I will continue to fight the good fight until this war is won.
7. took the last two days off from any real exercise. Got to get back to hitting it hard again.
370.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 120.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Where can you go to get these things checked? BP looks pretty good there.

I think a pharmacy may be able to do that -- lots of them have a place you can measure your own BP for free-- Safeway pharmacy's --

I'm more interested in checking my blood composition (sugar and fats). I keep my bp checked along with pulse rate, but composition? WOW that's interesting.

I test my blood sugar daily with my Bayer, Contour Next EZ monitor. There are many different ones available out there if you are interesting in keeping track of yours. I would not recommend the model I have as it is expensive to get test strips for it. I check my ketosis level each day with a Ketonix, Breath Ketone Analyzer. It measures the amount of Acetone in your breath to let you know how your ketosis is progressing. You can order these online. I check my blood pressure daily with a Omron, Intelli Sense automatic blood pressure cuff. This was given to me, so I can't tell you much about it. It works great.
