Feeling back at 100% today. A little sore from all the running. The Mr. gave me a hug this morning and asked me not to lose anymore weight. I'm glad he is honest with me and puts the breaks on. I reassured him that I'm at the maintenance phase now. Scale read exactly at 125, so...

so far, so good. Those pants that I got on Thread Up that were too small? Wearing them today and they are a little loose.

NSV: The Mr. finally got on the demon scale and he has lost 4 pounds, due to all of the low carb meals I have been cooking. We walked and he rode his bike while I ran on Saturday.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
