Looks like I've hit a plateau, probably because I haven't been to the gym lately. Once I deal with my toothache (root canal tomorrow), hopefully I can get back on track with the gym. My eating has been good, keeping calories between 1200 and 1500, closer to 1200-1300 most of the time. Also went from cold yogurt with granola when I first got my toothache (a week and a half ago)to warm oatmeal. Not sure if that makes a difference. the oatmeal breakfast is fewer calories.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 65.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
