Only lost 2 pounds, but feel good about it. Yea, I am under 220. I only have 2 more lbs to go before I am back to pre-accident weight. I am going to try to kick it up into high gear for this month. I fould my copy of the FS Diet book (not the extreme) so I am going to review and really try to stick with it. I would like to lose at least 8 more lbs by the end of the month as I am going to visit my daughter in California and I would like to weigh a little less. All that being said, this is SUPERBOWL WEEKEND, and I will do my best, but this is a party time, yahoo! You all have a great rest of the weekend.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
