Ok, only lost 2 lbs and didn't get under 220 (but got just at 220). Oh well I will take what I can get. I am going to try to be much more diligent this next week in following the diet.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

"Only" 2 lbs.? I think that is wonderful!! It is 2 less then before and 2 closer to your goal. Good for you!
