Okay. Midterms are graded, a paper I was writing has been submitted, and I’m all caught up on committee work. I have no more excuses. I’ve gained about 13 pounds since the beginning of the semester. Time to recommit. Here we go again ...
229.0 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
