Week was a whirlwind of work and pain. Meeting with Surgeon on Wednesday included yet a 3rd Pap Smear. REALLY??? Not what I'd planned before working on-site all day. Still don't have a definite date for the surgery, although I've confirmed that I do have short term disability, so that makes the struggle a little better. Today is our annual Bio-metric Screenings here at work: I appear to have gained back 1 of the 2 inches I'd lost in height woot woot! BP: 130/80 so not bad. Scales on the other hand were not my friend. Gotta get back on track, so it's Monday, let's do this!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
