Feel good about losing 4lbs. If I can lose 3-4 lbs per week between now and my birthday I will be meeting my first goal. This gives me confidence that I am changing the way I eat and that is a good thing.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, that is a lot. Keep it up. Most only lose a max of 2 lbs per week.
