Back on track ... and I think I've found my sweet spot. For a while I did extremely low-carb eating, and the number on the scale never budged. I took a look at my food history on FatSecret and discovered that weight loss is best for me when my carbs are between 30 to 50 grams a day, and most of those from green veggies. FatSecret, and this wonderful, supportive community, are GODSENDS.

I track everything: carbs, fiber, cals, etc., etc. Boring, but it seems to be the only thing that works for me.
