Ah, the dreaded plateau. I've been losing and regaining the same 2 pounds for a while, and I haven't budged either way for about three days now. I did an egg fast a few days ago and that got me down three pounds, but they came right back. Dammit, dammit, dammit ... And I sooo wanted to lose 10-15 more pounds so I could fit into a new jacket I bought last month. I'm telling ya: never buy new clothes in anticipation of weight loss, particularly if they're expensive. It'll only depress you when you can't wear them.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 38.1 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
