I keep toggling back and forth... 😕 I'm considering removing cheese from my diet for a week and see what that does.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Know the feeling. I found I had to eliminate nuts. Cheese is such a good fat on Keto...but maybe. If you are doing nuts at all, I would eliminate those first. Also , I started IF 18/6 and stopped any snacking. My best to you. KCKO

Letting go of cheese is worth it (dairy inflammatory for me), but giving it up also a loss that's cause for a form of grief. Just can't do nuts or cheese as more than small amts for flavor and texture. Pecan-encrusted salmon, I'll still have on occasion. Making keto steakhouse spinach for BH, but just wilted for me. :-/ Cant wait to see how this works for you!

So starting today I am going cheese-free.. we'll see how long it goes. I'm kind of addicted. lol can't lie! I'm not going totally dairy free because i'm still going to have my splash of heavy cream in my coffee. Judy- I actually ditched nuts from my diet - other than the occasional almond flour mug bread.. even that I've cut down. BUT, i have been feeling cheese is the culprit here. I feel like crying LOL

It's really hard until you get used to food without it, and find other things that meet similar need. (Fat, flavor; nothing gets that melty oozy goodness though.) Notice how much mayo I put on my burgers?! Still feels way better than cheese did. The crying really doesn't stop though. ;-) Oh I sometimes still have a tiny cube when samples are out. We're here for you!

Oh man, i just got really sad!! hahaha. And i thought i was addicted to bread but honestly that really wasnt too bad to kick. this might break me. LOL
