I fixed my bike last night! I'm pretty proud of myself for no giving up and just replacing it. Plus, now I know how to change my own tires, change brake and shifter cables, and replace and tune up my brakes. Bonus: a new way to exercise should help my weight loss progress. If I get back in a size six I'm rewarding myself with a new wardrobe. If I use my old bike well, I may reward myself with a nice commuter for longer rides next year! Non-food reward are fun! I should tie my vinyl addiction to a reward system, too....
128.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
