I was very bloated yesterday, but otherwise asymptomatic. I've cut out grains and legumes. Sunday I'm going grocery shopping, cleaning out the fridge, and starting SCD. That diet is so appealing because it doesn't just manage symptoms of GI distress, it aims to heal the epithelial lining of the small intestines. After I've healed, I can add back pretty much anything I want. In moderation, of course.
132.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
