Yay! Down this week! Slowly but surely! I've started going to the gym, doing the circuit training at Planet Fitness. Today was day 6! Hope it helps!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
