Well, now. I left home today for a 2 1/2 week trip to Germany, with stops in Munich and Leipzig. I was hoping to get to Hamburg, but not this trip, I guess. Today is my last weigh-in for a while, too, unless any of my hotel rooms come equipped with scales. I'm eager and scared -- eager to see something new, and scared I'll fall off the wagon, so to speak. I imagine there'll be lots of sausages and some cabbage in my near future, and little to no bread. Auf wiedersehen for a bit! Y'all stay committed, and pray I do too!
220.4 lb Lost so far: 37.3 lb.    Still to go: 75.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
