I pigged out. Lawdy, lawdy, did I pig out. I went to a friend's house yesterday to help her with her daughter's birthday party, and while I did get a pretty decent workout running after sugar-crazed five- and six-year-olds and hoisting a piñata, I also ate copious amounts of pizza, hot dogs, and birthday cake. Needless to say, the scale reflected it. Oh, well ... I had a good time, and strangely, I don't feel all that guilty about it. It was the first and only pigout in a long while, at least. Ready to recommit today!
