Going in the right direction. That cottage cheese made my belly bloat up last night, but raw ACV took it right back down. I've been doing some more research on Candida and it motivated me to be kinder to my liver. As yeast cells break down they release acetaldehyde which is a neurotoxin and a carcinogen! I really need my liver to be healthy in order to clear acetaldehyde from my system effectively. If anybody knows where to get high-quality milk thistle or molybdenum I would greatly appreciate a suggestion. I'm having trouble finding either in stores.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
