Oh my gosh!!!!!
Gym 5-6 days a week
This week: 6-10 miles per work out session

Smoothie for breakfast
Salad and fruit for lunch
Nuts and fruit as snacks
Fun dinners ( tonight: vegetable shepard's pie)
Always have sides for dinners ( for example salad and fruit, or salad and soup)
No food after 7pm
Drink tons of water/ water with lemon.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.3 lb a week
