@sophie u know i think i'm more focused this time but not just on losing weight, but making this a lifestyle that i can maintain.. i still have great nights or weekends where i'm more careful but not as restrictive or totally lose it.. and i'm still managing to lose... and keep the momentum going... its slow.. but honestly i haven't been happier and i'm feeling better than i have in almost a year physically. looking at pictures of myself... i reALLLLY let myself go... now i'm looking at myself with progress instead of with the "fat girl glasses".. u know.. see urself fat when u lose weight and see urself normal when u gain..lol
