For me, logging and challenges works. Scale went from 141 to 149 in weeks. Fatsecret keeps me aware of what I eat. So easy to gain weight back : (
145.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
