These challenges and logging really get me back on track. I setup a goal of 1250 calories and was miserably hungry these past 2 days but did it, one hour at a time. I'm really burned out on low carb so counting calories and so tired of meat, happily going vegetarian...again.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do 1200 calories 100 protein 150 carbs and 15 fat grams a day. You can do it and not get hungry if you eat smart. I started in September. I lost 40lbs Sept to March. Slacked off April. Back on it now. Going for another 30 :)

Good job! Any suggestions for eating smart? I'm just 2 weeks in and still feel hungry with reduced calories. I go to fruit when I'm hungry.

@shekB The only way I was able to start losing weight was to cut out sugar and go low carb. It stops cravings. It was brutal at first but after awhile you adjust ; ) I also did challenges for motivation.

Hiya I to have joined this challenge. To lose 5 kg in 1 month. Is this a healthy way to lose? I am allowed 1500 cal's a day, already I am 56 cals over. How am I suppose to lose 5kg in 1 month if I can't stick to my daily recommended 1500..Need some real motivation, tips.
