Only lost 2 pounds last week, oh well, what can I say. I ate reasonably well, but still snacked a little in the evening. I need to not do that this week to see if I can lose more. Went to the gym, worked with the trainer last week too. I must eat better if I expect to lose the weight I need to lose before my daughter's wedding.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
